Freeze Frame
In anticipation of its 2013 World Premiere, Debbie Allen presented a concert version of the original musical in November of 2012. The "unsettling" new musical featured Tony Award winning actors, and was part of an evening celebrating Rick Carter, Academy Award winning production designer.
We provided a full complement of wireless microphones, as well as a sound system especially designed to provide the volume levels that a contemporary musical requires, while keeping as much sound as possible off of the reflective brick walls. We also provided consultation services for acoustical treatments to the room to minimize reverberation, ensuring that the vocals were intelligible.
